Instil Leadership was founded by Arun Swamy on the premise that mindful, motivational leadership is at the heart of business performance and growth.
Arun has over two decades of IT leadership experience in companies such as Siemens, Hewlett-Packard and Dell,across multiple industries including healthcare, automotive, and telecom.
Arun is passionate about leadership development and is a certified executive coach. He is also a learning facilitator and senior consultant with bts (https://www.bts.com/). He has led several business acumen workshops and has coached leadership teams across the world.
Corporate Career
Arun was Vice-President, Product Development at Tecnotree owning the budget and overseeing the development for the CRM suite. At Dell he was a Director responsible for the P&L for the IT service delivery of several Healthcare accounts. Prior to this he was with Hewlett-Packard for close to a decade setting up a global center of excellence for developing online Portals.
